Finishing games

In my continued quest to finish more of the computer games I buy before moving on, Sam and Max Season 1 has now fallen in its entirety to my Olympian intellect. This is not in any way connected with the imminent release of Season 2, I'm sure. (Although I'm slightly peeved that they're charging the same price for one less episode this time round.)

Jade Empire may soon be following given that I sat down to play it for an hour last night and 15 minutes later it was 6am. Oops.

Also this weekend, helped markbanang to move into his new place, which is looking much better now that it's been decorated. Sadly this means no energy to write proposed article or pending story for theinsectman. It's all in my head, just need to find some time for it to make its way from there into a computer.

I like them. They take a while to get into their stride, but on the whole, the quality is high, and it's reasonably faithful to the spirit of the original.

Episode 4 is probably my personal favourite.

Gah. You've reminded me of another two games I need to finish. I'm on episode 2 of Sam and Max, and haven't taken Jade Empire out of it's shrink wrap yet...
