VOIP

Does anyone have recommendations for a SIP VOIP provider?

Thank you. Skype would normally be the logical choice, but it's proprietory and my hybrid landline/VOIP phone (the very lovely Siemens Gigaset S685IP) doesn't support it. sadly.
