Curse you, eBay
Aug. 22nd, 2004 11:34 pmI need to stop indulging in retail therapy. eBay makes it entirely too easy. I should also curse the name of ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
pir for making me aware of the existence of Etymotic ER4P earphones. I'd basically decided that their cheaper baby brothers, the ER6 would suit me nicely when I found ER-4Ps on eBay for 150 quid. From Oxford. I was, unsureprisingly, sold.
As distraction goes, immersing myself in nerdy review sites is quite a good thing, and I really can't wait to hear how my MP3 player sounds with these. However, this kind of therapy has a limited use. I now own most of the shiny tech I could ever want.
Still, no doubt in a month's time, I'll find something new to lust after.
