Dear Be Un Limited,

When I say "please fix my ADSL line as it keeps dropping out" an appropriate response is not to run a line test, tell me there's nothing wrong with the line, then downgrade my connection speed in the hope this makes it more stable.

Colour me unimpressed.

PS I've no idea if Steam's currently risible transfer speed is your fault, but either way it's bloody annoying.

It's slow for me as well, I assume the entire world are playing with the new Steam Mod functionality
